Our products are truly handmade and customized; once your purchase is confirmed, we start the process to prepare it and dispatch it within 3 days.

Once your customization specifications are received and approved, our production team will start handcrafting your personalized cosmetics. The production time can range from a few days (1 to 3 days), depending on the cosmetics.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order request for customized products at our discretion. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will inform you and provide a reason for the rejection.
