• We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
• Our products are truly handmade and customized; once your order is done, we start the process to prepare it and dispatch it within 3 days.
• The shipping duration will also depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Local or domestic shipping usually takes less time than international shipping.
• Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will take between 1 and 7 days, depending on your location.
